Experienced Painter/Helper

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Professional Painter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and residential painting, with a keen eye for precision and aesthetics. You will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing surfaces of various structures and ensuring the highest quality of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, scraping, sanding, or other means necessary.

• Apply paint, varnishes, and sealants for a lasting finish.

• Handle planning and prep work in an efficient manner.

• Calculate the amount of materials and time required for each project.

• Safely operate various tools and equipment, including brushes, rollers, tape, and sanding tools.

• Mix, match, and blend paint to create the desired color and texture.

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Proven experience as a painter in both commercial and residential settings.
